It looks like Beyoncé and JAY-Z have found their new home. Insiders say that the couple is currently in escrow on a top secret Bel-Air mansion.

According to TMZ, the Carters have purchased a 30,000-square-foot home on 1.86 acres of land. The fully furnished 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom, 4-pool home also comes with a basketball court, recording studio, spa, and tennis court.

The billion-dollar couple reportedly paid around $90 million, while two insiders claim they spent $120 million. The home was being shopped for $130 mill.

The sellers purchased the home in 2013 for $15 million. They tore it down and rebuilt the property in the past four years. During the last two years, the Carters have been searching for a permanent L.A. home with a reported budget of $80 million.

Bey and Jay are currently spending time in a $400,000/month rental in Malibu after welcoming their twins, who were reportedly born prematurely earlier this month. The power couple has not announced the genders or names of the twin babies. The infants were finally allowed to go home last week, after allegedly being treated for jaundice.

Meanwhile, Hov is planning to release his new album 4:44, his first since 2013’s Magna Carta…Holy Grail, this Friday. The No I.D.-produced album has been teased with a series of ads and will be available on Friday (June 30) for TIDAL and Sprint customers only.
