Sam Smith drops his new song entitled “Pray”
The british crooner also announced that his sophomore album, “The Thrill of it It,” will be out Nov. 3 on Capitol.
The album, which was finished earlier this year, continues the sad-soul vibe of his 2014 debut “In the Lonely Hour” — which garnered the singer four Grammy Awards — although with the addition of gospel-style singers on many songs, including the new single. Smith worked with long-time collaborator Jimmy Napes along with Timbaland, Malay and Stargate and Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd.
