Chris Brown’s ‘Heartbreak on a Full Moon’ Debuts at No. 3

Chris Brown’s eighth album Heartbreak on a Full Moon debuts at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 68,000 units (25,000 traditional) in its first week.

It’s a major win for Breezy, especially considering Heartbreak on a Full Moon didn’t benefit from a full week. Released on Halloween instead of the Friday before it, the LP only had three full days of tracking for its opening figure. The project is Brown’s ninth consecutive top 10 on the Billboard 200 and his ninth top 10 overall.

21 Savage, Offset, and Metro Boomin’s surprise drop Without Warning enters at No. 4 with 53,000 units (11,000 traditional). It also arrived on Halloween, giving it three days of tracking. WW marks 21’s second top 10 following July’s Issa Album. It denotes the first top 10 project for Metro and Offset (outside of his work with Migos).

Yo Gotti earns his third top 10 album with I Still Am coming in at No. 6 with 38,000 units (19,000 traditional). Next up is Big K.R.I.T. at No. 7 with his third top 10 LP, 4eva Is a Mighty Long Time, which sold 33,000 units (21,000 traditional).

Elsewhere on the chart, Post Malone’s Stoney falls 4-5, Ed Sheeran’s ÷ slips 7-8, Future and Young Thug’s Super Slimey drops 2-9, and Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv Is Rage 2 falls 9-10.
