Popular entertainer Beenie Man is making rounds on social media after he was caught disrespecting Popcaan and his mother, Miss Rhona.

The “King of Dancehall” was in Tobago over the weekend with a fellow entertainers Shenseea and Chris Martin when he shared that he believed that the “Unruly Boss” was lying in his new smash hit single “Family”.

“Other day Popcaan sing a song and a seh remember when mi use to buy three sardine and one pound a rice from shop,” Beenie man can be heard saying in the clip. “Three sardine and one pound a rice? p*y yuh never guh a shop yet, guh sk yuh ma! Three sardine and one pound a rice? a man know how much fi three sardine.”

The clip has since angered Dancehall fans who believe the veteran recording artiste was out of line for his statement.

“Moses me rate you as a icon inna music, but don’t feel like yo can style me or miss Rhona,” the “Stray Dog” deejay wrote. “If me never respect you me woulda tell yo fi do the same to yo mother… but me see say a waste a time,” he added.

Popcaan’s comment was co-signed by Canadian rapper Drake who wrote, “Jump Fence”, to which he responded, “That him do bwoy a fish tea.”
