Drake Reveals OVO-Designed Uniforms for Miami High School

Drake is following through on a major “God’s Plan” promise. Earlier this year, he vowed to donate OVO-designed uniforms to Miami High School, where he shot a portion of the “God’s Plan” visual. Now, it looks like those designs are coming together.

On Monday (April 23), Drizzy shared a white collared shirt with a message on Instagram Stories. “Miami High new alternate uniforms,” he wrote. “#GodsPlans #WearingMyUniformInTheSummer.” The shirt features the viral lyrics, “I only love my bed and my momma, I’m sorry,” on the right chest. It also includes an M with “October’s Very Own” wrapped around it on the other side.

The uniforms are only part of the gift. Drizzy also reportedly promised to donate $25,000 to the school as part of a larger charitable campaign with “God’s Plan.”

“I hope you’re all proud,” he told students at the school in February. “I hope you had a great year and I hope you go on to do incredible things….When the album comes out, hopefully, I can come back.”

Fueled in part by the visual, in which he donated $1 million to various people and entities in Miami, “God’s Plan” shot to the top of the Billboard Hot 100. It became Drizzy’s longest-running chart-topper before his newest single “Nice for What” dethroned it.

“God’s Plan” and “Nice for What” will likely appear on the 6 God’s forthcoming album Scorpion, which is due in June.
