After revealing that her voice had been “permanently injured,” R&B songstress SZA says that is no longer the case.

Taking to Twitter, she revealed that she has sought professional help and is on the mend. “Thank u to the incredible team of Doctors and vocal technicians that have taken time to see me over the last few weeks in every city,” said SZA. “I’m blessed to say my voice is not permanently damaged and i’ve been working daily to get back. Slowly but surely.”

She previously canceled a series of dates on TDE’s “Championship Tour” after suffering a vocal injury. “I’ve been touring for 11 months. This didn’t happen overnight,” she said last month. “Ive been troubleshooting for a while now and Usually steroids and pushing through help.”

She made her return to the stage at the Firefly Music Festival in Dover, Del. over the weekend, thanking fans for their well wishes. “Firstly I wanna thank everyone for sending me loving kindness and extending your energy my direction,” she tweeted. “Thank u for your prayers, I feel them and deeply appreciate you. I love you.”
