Bounty Killer Shares Why He Continues To Praise Vybz Kartel

Bounty Killer says he is humbled by Vybz Kartel’s recent expression of gratitude for helping him in the music industry.

The veteran entertainer recently praised the Gaza deejay for acknowledging the pivotal role he played in kickstarting his musical career.

According to Bounty, the “Fever” deejay deserves special praise as he is not ungrateful like so many of the others he has helped in the past. He says despite their differences deejay has never forgotten his roots.

He claims he found the gesture especially gratifying as the incarcerated entertainer is arguably at the pinnacle of his career, a point when most deejays would feel they are too “high and mighty” to pay homage to anyone.

The “Cross, Angry, Miserable” went on to throw some shade towards some of his “ungrateful” proteges saying “Some of them wouldn’t mind if people didn’t remember is me bring them public because to how them.”

For years the veteran Dancehall superstar was at odds with Vybz Kartel after the deejay defected from his Alliance camp to form his own Portmore Empire, which introduced several artistes such as Gaza Slim, Jah Vinci, and Popcaan.

However, it seems the two have permanently buried the hatchet as they have been vocally supportive of each other on social media for the last few months giving fans hope of a possible future collaboration.

Bounty killer is of course responsible for introducing some of the biggest names in Dancehall in the last two decades with his Alliance camp. He helped to launch the careers of entertainers such as Elephant Man, Busy Signal, Mavado, Vybz Kartel, and Wayne Marshall.
